In which currency are the prices shown on the website?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship the items as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 days production time for your order to be shipped, the average delivery time is 3-5 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order is shipped. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us.

I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it before you can receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at no cost to you! You must cancel your order before it is dispatched. If the item has already been dispatched, please use our easy returns system to receive a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you have entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm it. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. After the 24 hours, no refund will be given if the address is not provided correctly.
